NSU University Sharks (Fort Lauderdale, FL) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks (Fort Lauderdale, FL), 10-3 in a league game.

With the victory, NSU University improves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Sharks host Westminster Academy (Fort Lauderdale, FL) to play the Lions in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 18. The Lions come into the game with a record of 6-2. Westminster Academy won 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Archbishop McCarthy (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

The Mavericks now have a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cardinal Gibbons for a non-league game on Thursday, March 20.
