In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Encinal Jets baseball team scored a close 14-8 victory over the Skyline Titans .

The Jets (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Piedmont (Piedmont, CA). The Highlanders enter the West Alameda County - Foothill game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Piedmont held off Healdsburg (Healdsburg, CA), 4-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the Titans face the Oakland Wildcats (Oakland, CA) in a Premiere Division game, on Monday, March 24. Skyline will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA).
