The Branham Bruins softball squad (San Jose, CA), was routed 8-0 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA)

With the triumph, Valley Christian improves its record to 9-2 on the year. The Warriors host Capuchino (San Bruno, CA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 25. The Mustangs enter the contest with a record of 2-3. Capuchino won 9-2 in their recent non-league contest against Monterey (Monterey, CA)

The Bruins now hold a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Leigh for a Mount Hamilton contest on Tuesday, March 25. Branham will face a Longhorns squad coming off a 6-2 league loss to Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Longhorns record now stands at 2-5.
