The Central Magnet (Murfreesboro, TN) baseball trounced the visiting Spring Hill Raiders (Columbia, TN), 12-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Marshall County for a 3A District 8 challenge on Monday, March 24. Central Magnet will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 13-2 non-league win over Hickman County (Centerville, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-6.

With the defeat, Spring Hill drops to 5-5 on the year. The Raiders travel to Columbia Central (Columbia, TN) to clash with the Lions in a 4A District 9 challenge on Monday, March 24. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Columbia Central lost 11-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Centennial (Franklin, TN)
