Tombstone Yellow Jackets (Tombstone, AZ) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Benson Bobcats (Benson, AZ), 13-0 in a league match.

The Yellow Jackets (9-10) will now prepare for their match against Bisbee (Bisbee, AZ). The Pumas come into the 2A South match with a 7-3 record. In their last match, Bisbee notched a victory over Desert Christian (Tucson, AZ), 21-7, in a league match.

In their next game, the Bobcats confront the San Miguel Vipers (Tucson, AZ) in a 2A South match, on Thursday, March 26. Benson will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Vipers come into the match with a 2-4 record after their 21-0 league loss to Willcox (Willcox, AZ).
