Maryland High School Lacrosse - Walkersville overwhelms Oakdale
March 25, 2025: Walkersville, MD 21793 The Walkersville Lions (Walkersville, MD) lacrosse routed the visiting Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD), 10-5 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Lions now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saint James for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 27. Walkersville will face a Saints squad coming off a 15-11 non-league loss to Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA). The Saints record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Oakdale falls to 0-2 on the year. The travel to Urbana (Ijamsville, MD) to face the Hawks in a CMC outing on Tuesday, April 1. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 2-0. Urbana won 15-4 in their recent league outing against Middletown (Middletown, MD)
