March 25, 2025: Spartanburg, SC 29307 In Tuesday's non-league test, the Union County Yellowjackets (Union, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the host Broome Centurions (Spartanburg, SC), by a tally of 10-0.
Next, the Yellowjackets clash with the Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 26. Union County will attempt to advance on its 7-4 season record. The Bruins go into the test with a 6-3 record after their 12-6 league loss to A.C. Flora (Columbia, SC).
The Centurions (3-8) will now prepare for their test against York (York, SC). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, York prevailed over Richland Northeast (Columbia, SC), 14-0, in a league test.
