Louisiana High School Softball - Sulphur bounces Carencro
March 26, 2024: Lafayette, LA 70507 The Sulphur Golden Tors (Sulphur, LA) softball routed the host Carencro Bears (Lafayette, LA), 23-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Golden Tors (17-8) will now prepare for their bout against New Iberia (New Iberia, LA). The Yellowjackets go into the 5A District 3 bout with a 10-11 record. In their last bout, New Iberia toppled Cecilia (Cecilia, LA), 8-7, in a non-league bout.
The Bears now possess a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Barbe for a 5A District 3 bout on Tuesday, April 2.
