In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Greensburg Salem Golden Lions softball team scored a tight 4-2 win over the Mt. Pleasant Vikings.

The Golden Lions (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Indiana (Indiana, PA). The Little Indians come into the WPIAL 4A 1 match with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Indiana by Marion Center (Marion Center, PA), 14-4, in a non-league contest.
