Illinois High School Baseball - Johnsburg loses to Andrew
March 27, 2024: Tinley Park, IL 60477 The Andrew Thunderbolts crushed the visiting Johnsburg Skyhawks baseball team by a count of 17-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Thunderbolts now possess a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mamaroneck for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 28. Andrew will face a Tigers team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Oswego East (Oswego, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
Next, the Skyhawks face the Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) in a Kishwaukee River game, on Monday, April 1. Johnsburg will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Rockets go into the game with a 9-2 record after their 8-4 non-league loss to Jasper (Jasper, AL).
