The Fox Chapel Foxes the host Armstrong River Hawks baseball team by a count of 13-8 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Foxes now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pine-Richland for a WPIAL 5A 3 challenge on Monday, March 31. Fox Chapel will clash with a Rams team coming off a 4-2 league win over Mars (Mars, PA). The Rams record now stands at 4-0.

With the defeat, Armstrong drops to 0-2 on the year. The River hawks travel to Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA) to clash with the Warriors in a WPIAL 4A 4 challenge on Monday, March 31. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 4-1.
