In Thursday's non-league bout, the The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) baseball squad edged the visiting Trinity Christian Gryphons (Fairfax, VA), by a tally of 4-3.

Next up, the Eagles encounter the Highland Hawks (Warrenton, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 1. The Covenant will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Hawks enter the bout with a 8-4 record after their 6-5 non-league win over American Heritage (Delray Beach, FL).

The Gryphons (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Potomac School edged Calhoun Academy (St. Matthews, SC), 15-2, in a non-league bout.
