The Desert Vista Thunder volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Basha Bears to 0 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Thunder now possess a 8-12 record. They play next when they host Sunrise Mountain for a non-league outing on Friday, March 28. Desert Vista will play a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-7.
