The Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ) volleyball knocked off the visiting Sunrise Mountain Mustangs (Peoria, AZ), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Thunder now possess a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Millennium for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 18. Desert Vista will play a Tigers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 9-5.
