Illinois High School Baseball - Andrew can't hold off Minooka
March 28, 2023: Tinley Park, IL 60477 The Minooka Indians baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Andrew Thunderbolts to 3 in the Indians non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Celtics go into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Providence Catholic got by Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL), 11-0, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Andrew falls to 2-1 on the season. The Thunderbolts travel to Lockport (Lockport, IL) to encounter the Porters in a Southwest Suburban - Red challenge on Monday, April 3. The Porters come into the challenge with a record of 6-1.
