The Spring Lions baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Eisenhower Eagles to 2 in the Lions league win on Friday.

The Lions now hold a 12-8 record. They take the field next when they host MacArthur for a 6A Region II District 14 test on Tuesday, April 1. Spring will play a Generals team coming off a 5-4 league loss to Aldine (Houston, TX). The Generals record now stands at 11-7.

With the defeat, Eisenhower drops to 6-11 on the year. The Eagles host Dekaney (Houston, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 6A Region II District 14 test on Tuesday, April 1. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 12-11. Dekaney lost 9-5 in their recent league test against Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX)
