The Spring Lions baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Dekaney Wildcats to 4 in the Lions league win on Friday.

The Lions now own a 16-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Langham Creek for a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. Spring will clash with a Lobos team coming off a 2-1 league win over Waller (Waller, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 10-14.

With the defeat, Dekaney drops to 14-13 on the year. The Wildcats host MacArthur (Houston, TX) to clash with the Generals in a 6A Region II District 14 test on Tuesday, April 15. The Generals go into the test with a record of 13-9. MacArthur won 10-0 in their recent league test against Westfield (Houston, TX)
