March 28, 2025: Mesa, AZ 85212 Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Eastmark Firebirds (Mesa, AZ), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Desert Vista advances its record to 11-12 on the season. The Thunder travel to Seton Catholic (Chandler, AZ) to face the Sentinels in a non-league test on Friday, March 28. The Sentinels go into the test with a record of 9-2. Seton Catholic won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ)
The Firebirds now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sunrise Mountain for a non-league test on Friday, March 28. Eastmark will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-7.
