The Northwest Guilford Vikings crushed the host Northern Guilford Nighthawks baseball team by a count of 8-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Northern Guilford for a Metro 4A bout on Friday, April 1. Northwest Guilford will face a Nighthawks team coming off a 10-1 non-league loss to East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 6-4.

Next, the Nighthawks face the East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 30. Northern Guilford will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 7-4 record after their 11-1 league win over Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC).
