The Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE) baseball trounced the host McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE), 13-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Green Knights now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Red Lion Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 3. Mount Pleasant will clash with a Lions team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE). The Lions record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, McKean drops to 1-2 on the year. The Highlanders travel to MOT Charter (Middletown, DE) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 3.
