May 7, 2025: Wilmington, DE 19803 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Brandywine Bulldogs (Wilmington, DE) and the visiting Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE), saw Brandywine's baseball team gain a win over Mount Pleasant by a tally of 11-2.
The Bulldogs (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against First State Military Academy (Clayton, DE). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, First State Military Academy was overwhelmed by St. Andrew's (Middletown, DE), 5-4, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Green Knights face the St. Georges Tech Hawks (Middletown, DE) in a Blue Hen - Flight A battle, on Thursday, May 8. Mount Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Hawks enter the battle with a 6-6 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE).
