The Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE) baseball got by the host Wilmington Friends Quakers (Wilmington, DE), 6-5 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Green Knights now own a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newark for a Blue Hen - Flight A challenge on Tuesday, May 13. Mount Pleasant will clash with a Yellowjackets team coming off a 15-0 league loss to William Penn (New Castle, DE). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-11.

With the defeat, Wilmington Friends drops to 8-9 on the year. The Quakers travel to Brandywine (Wilmington, DE) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 15. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 9-8.
