March 31, 2025: Hoyt, KS 66440 Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Royal Valley Panthers (Hoyt, KS), 22-0 in a league match.
With the triumph, Nemaha Central advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Thunder host Silver Lake (Silver Lake, KS) to battle the Eagles in a Big Seven match on Thursday, April 3. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 5-0. Silver Lake won 12-8 in their recent league match against Holton (Holton, KS)
The Panthers now have a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rossville for a Big Seven match on Thursday, April 3. Royal Valley will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Riley County (Riley, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
