The Corinth Holders Pirates baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Apex Friendship Patriots to 3 in the Pirates non-league win on Monday.

The Pirates now own a 12-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southeast Raleigh for a non-league test on Friday, April 4. Corinth Holders will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 32-0 non-league loss to Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-6.

With the defeat, Apex Friendship drops to 6-6 on the year. The Patriots travel to Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC) to clash with the Pride in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1.
