Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), 16-0 in a league match.

With the triumph, Myers Park advances its record to 10-5 on the season. The Mustangs host Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC) to battle the Patriots in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 2. The Patriots come into the match with a record of 9-4. Pinecrest lost 4-3 in their recent league match against Lee County (Sanford, NC)

The Trojans now have a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Myers Park for a So Meck 4A match on Friday, April 4. Olympic will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-5.
