New York High School Lacrosse - Washingtonville overwhelms Middletown
April 1, 2025: Middletown, NY 10940 In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Washingtonville Wizards lacrosse squad scored a good 16-5 triumph over the Middletown Middie Bears.
The Wizards (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley Central (Montgomery, NY). The Vikings go into the Section 9 B Division II challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Valley Central knocked off Saugerties (Saugerties, NY), 15-3, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Middie Bears clash with the Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY) in a Section 9 A Division I challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Middletown will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 18-0 non-league win over Wallkill (Wallkill, NY).
