The Chippewa Valley Big Reds lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the visiting St. Clair Saints to 4 in the Big Reds league triumph on Tuesday.

The Big Reds now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dakota for a non-league outing on Monday, April 7.

With the loss, St. Clair falls to 0-1 on the year. The Saints travel to Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI) to face the Norsemen in a MAC outing on Thursday, April 3. The Norsemen go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Grosse Pointe North lost 15-2 in their recent league outing against L'Anse Creuse (Harrison Township, MI)
