Fans at Tuesday's non-league test between the Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ) and the visiting Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ), witnessed Ridgewood's lacrosse squad hold off Montclair by a count of 5-4.

The Maroons (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Bergen Catholic (Oradell, NJ). The Crusaders enter the Gibbs test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Bergen Catholic was nipped by Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC), 15-7, in a non-league test.
