Louisiana High School Softball - Albany bounces Bogalusa
April 1, 2025: Albany, LA 70711 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Albany Hornets (Albany, LA) and the visiting Bogalusa Lumberjacks (Bogalusa, LA), observed Albany's softball team prevail over Bogalusa by a tally of 21-0.
The Hornets (12-11) will now prepare for their bout against Zachary (Zachary, LA). The Broncos go into the non-league bout with a 14-9 record. In their last bout, Zachary knocked off St. Joseph's Academy (Baton Rouge, LA), 7-3, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Lumberjacks battle the Pine Raiders (Franklinton, LA) in a 3A District 7 bout, on Wednesday, April 2. Bogalusa will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Franklinton (Franklinton, LA).
