Arkansas High School Softball - Yellville-Summit can't get by Mountain View
April 1, 2025: Mountain View, AR 72560 Mountain View Yellowjackets (Mountain View, AR) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Yellville-Summit Panthers (Yellville, AR), 6-5 in a league game.
With the triumph, Mountain View upgrades its record to 3-6 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Bergman (Bergman, AR) to play the Panthers in a 3A Region 2 game on Thursday, April 3. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 0-0.
The Panthers now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Salem for a 3A Region 2 game on Thursday, April 3. Yellville-Summit will play a Greyhounds squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Cave City (Cave City, AR). The Greyhounds record now stands at 8-1.
