The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Freedom Patriots (Tampa, FL) and the visiting Brandon Eagles (Brandon, FL), saw Freedom's baseball team beat Brandon by a margin of 7-1.

The Patriots (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against Gaither (Tampa, FL). The Cowboys enter the non-league battle with a 15-7 record. In their last battle, Gaither held off Sickles (Tampa, FL), 6-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Tampa Bay Tech Titans (Tampa, FL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 5. Brandon will attempt to improve on its 6-15 season record. The Titans enter the battle with a 2-18 record after their 16-2 non-league loss to Durant (Plant City, FL).
