The Springfield Township Spartans nipped the visiting Cheltenham Panthers baseball squad by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league outing.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Dock Mennonite Pioneers (Lansdale, PA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 5. Springfield Township will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Pioneers come into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 6-1 league win over Plumstead Christian (Plumsteadville, PA).
