April 3, 2025: Jamaica, NY 11432 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Hillcrest Hawks (Jamaica, NY) and the visiting Springfield Gardens Golden Eagles (Springfield Gardens, NY), saw Hillcrest's baseball team gain a win over Springfield Gardens by a tally of 8-5.
The Hawks (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Forest Hills (Forest Hills, NY). The Rangers enter the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Forest Hills held off Bowne (Flushing, NY), 5-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Golden Eagles face the Metropolitan (Bronx, NY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 9. Springfield Gardens will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
