Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) followers exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC), 20-7 in a league battle.

The Vikings now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Page for a Metro battle on Thursday, April 7. Northwest Guilford will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 18-3 league win over Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 6-2.

In their next game, the Whirlies clash with the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 8. Grimsley will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record.
