Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC), 16-3 in a league test.

The Whirlies now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwest Guilford for a Metro test on Tuesday, March 22.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Page Pirates (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro test, on Monday, March 21. Ragsdale will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Pirates come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 16-2 league loss to Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
