Connecticut High School Softball - O'Brien RVT bounces Abbott RVT
April 4, 2023: Ansonia, CT 06401 O'Brien RVT Condors (Ansonia, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT), 24-0 in a league challenge.
The Condors now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ansonia for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 6. O'Brien RVT will battle a Chargers squad coming off a 16-5 league loss to St. Paul Catholic (Bristol, CT). The Chargers record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Abbott RVT falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT) to battle the Wildcats in a Connecticut Tech challenge on Thursday, April 6. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Wilcox RVT won 24-4 in their recent league challenge against Bullard-Havens (Bridgeport, CT)
