Hollins Royals (St. Petersburg, FL) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Tarpon Springs Spongers (Tarpon Springs, FL), 10-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Hollins moves its record to 8-12 on the season. The Royals host IMG Academy Black (Bradenton, FL) to confront the Ascenders in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 8. The Ascenders come into the match with a record of 16-4. IMG Academy Black lost 5-3 in their recent non-league match against Inspiration Academy (Bradenton, FL)

The Spongers now possess a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Anclote for a 3A District 10 match on Monday, April 7. Tarpon Springs will confront a Sharks squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Clearwater (Clearwater, FL). The Sharks record now stands at 5-16.
