Arizona High School Volleyball - Sunnyslope over Sunrise Mountain

In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Sunnyslope Vikings volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs.

The Vikings (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Marana (Tucson, AZ). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Marana was beaten by Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Deer Valley Skyhawks (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 4. Sunrise Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 13-11 season record. The Skyhawks enter the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Peoria (Peoria, AZ).
