Virginia High School Lacrosse - Nansemond-Suffolk Academy drops to Norfolk Academy
April 4, 2025: Norfolk, VA 23502 Norfolk Academy Bulldogs (Norfolk, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints (Suffolk, VA), 17-6 in a league battle.
With the victory, Norfolk Academy advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA) to encounter the Crusaders in a Tidewater Independent battle on Tuesday, April 8. The Crusaders come into the battle with a record of 3-4. Catholic won 19-3 in their recent league battle against Steward (Richmond, VA)
The Saints now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Cross for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 8. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy will encounter a Raiders team coming off a 11-9 non-league loss to Salem (Salem, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 5-4.
