In Friday's league test, the Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) softball squad got by the host Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA), by a tally of 8-7.

Next, the Scorpions clash with the Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA) in a High Desert test, on Friday, April 11. Desert will attempt to advance on its 9-5 season record.

The Broncos (5-4) will now prepare for their test against California City (California City, CA). The Ravens go into the High Desert test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, California City held off Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA), 11-1, in a non-league test.
