In Tuesday's league test, the Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA) softball squad the visiting Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA), by a tally of 5-3.

Next, the Scorpions meet the Silver Valley Trojans (Yermo, CA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 17. Desert will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record. The Trojans go into the test with a 0-6 record after their 18-0 league loss to Hesperia Christian (Hesperia, CA).

The Bobcats (6-10) will now prepare for their test against California City (California City, CA). The Ravens go into the High Desert test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, California City by Paraclete (Lancaster, CA), 12-2, in a non-league test.
