April 4, 2025: Millbury, OH 43447 Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) supporters left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Lake Flyers (Millbury, OH), 11-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Clyde improves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Fliers host Ashland (Ashland, OH) to play the Arrows in a non-league game on Monday, April 7. The Arrows enter the game with a record of 1-0. Ashland won 14-5 in their recent non-league game against Bellevue (Bellevue, OH)
The Flyers now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Rossford for a Northern Buckeye game on Monday, April 7. Lake will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 13-10 non-league loss to Perkins (Sandusky, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
