West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Jefferson County overwhelms Wheeling Park

The Jefferson County Wild lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the host Wheeling Park Patriots to 6 in the Wild league triumph on Saturday.

The Wild now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Albans for a WVSLA - Division II challenge on Saturday, April 5. Jefferson County will clash with a Red Dragons squad coming off a 13-4 non-league loss to George Washington (Charleston, WV). The Red Dragons record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Wheeling Park falls to 1-6 on the year. The Patriots travel to Musselman (Inwood, WV) to clash with the Applemen in a WVSLA - Division II challenge on Saturday, April 12. The Applemen go into the challenge with a record of 3-6.
