The Jackson Polar Bears lacrosse squad (Massillon, OH), was overwhelmed 13-5 in Wednesday's league challenge with the visiting St. Ignatius Wildcats (Cleveland, OH)

The Wildcats now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Dublin Jerome for a non-league test on Saturday, April 9. St. Ignatius will face a Celtics squad coming off a 16-6 league win over Hilliard Darby (Hilliard, OH). The Celtics record now stands at 4-0.

In their next game, the Polar Bears face the Shaker Heights Red Raiders (Shaker Heights, OH) in a Region 2 test, on Saturday, April 9. Jackson will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Red Raiders come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 19-9 non-league loss to Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH).
