May 13, 2022: Massillon, OH 44646 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH) and the host Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH), saw Hoover's lacrosse team nudge Jackson by a margin of 16-15.
The Vikings (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against GlenOak (Canton, OH). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 8-9 record. In their last challenge, GlenOak edged Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH), 15-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Polar Bears (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Mentor (Mentor, OH). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 4-11 record. In their last challenge, Mentor was tipped by Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH), 12-6, in a non-league challenge.
