Connecticut High School Softball - Platt RVT bounces Goodwin Tech
April 6, 2023: Milford, CT 06461 Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Platt RVT Panthers (Milford, CT) and the visiting Goodwin Tech Gladiators (New Britain, CT), witnessed Platt RVT's softball squad prevail over Goodwin Tech by a count of 12-0.
The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to O'Brien RVT for a Connecticut Tech match on Monday, April 10. Platt RVT will meet a Condors squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Bethel (Bethel, CT). The Condors record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Goodwin Tech moves to 0-2 on the season. The Gladiators travel to Cheney RVT (Manchester, CT) to meet the Beavers in a Connecticut Tech match on Monday, April 10. The Beavers go into the match with a record of 0-2. Cheney RVT lost 25-3 in their recent league test against Windham RVT (Willimantic, CT)
