Missouri High School Softball - Valle Catholic holds off Kennett
April 6, 2024: Kennett, MO 63857 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Valle Catholic Warriors (Ste. Genevieve, MO) and the host Kennett Indians (Kennett, MO), saw Valle Catholic's softball squad nip Kennett by a count of 13-11.
The Warriors now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kingston for a Class 2 District 3 match on Wednesday, April 10.
With the loss, Kennett falls to 12-3 on the campaign. The Indians travel to West County (Leadwood, MO) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, April 6. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 3-2. West County lost 8-6 in their recent non-league test against Diamond (Diamond, MO)
