New Mexico High School Softball - Tohatchi felled by Mescalero Apache
April 6, 2024: Mescalero, NM 88340 In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Mescalero Apache Chiefs softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Tohatchi Cougars.
Coming up next, the Chiefs encounter the Lordsburg Mavericks (Lordsburg, NM) in a A/2A District 3 outing, on Tuesday, April 9. Mescalero Apache will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Mavericks enter the outing with a 7-3 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Estancia (Estancia, NM).
With the loss, Tohatchi falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to McCurdy (Espanola, NM) to battle the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 6.
