The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA) and the host Mercer Mustangs (Mercer, PA), saw Wilmington's baseball team gain a win over Mercer by a tally of 6-3.

The Greyhounds (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Reynolds (Greenville, PA). The Raiders enter the District 10 Region 1 battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Reynolds by Greenville (Greenville, PA), 9-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Mustangs face the Sharpsville Blue Devils (Sharpsville, PA) in a District 10 Region 1 battle, on Thursday, April 10. Mercer will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a 1-5 record after their 9-2 league loss to Greenville (Greenville, PA).
