Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, IL) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Cornerstone Christian Cyclones (Bloomington, IL), 13-3 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Lexington moves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Minutemen host Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL) to confront the Falcons in a Heart of Illinois match on Wednesday, April 9. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 4-3. Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley won 14-4 in their recent league match against Heyworth (Heyworth, IL)

The Cyclones now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgeview for a non-league match on Thursday, April 10.
